Premium Subscriptions
TypeVerse individual premium costs $2 per month for one user. TypeVerse school premium costs $10 per month and includes up to 50 total users, including the school owner account. Payments are processed through PayPal, and subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.
How To Cancel
You can cancel individual or school premium from the Premium page after logging in to the paying TypeVerse account. You can also cancel the PayPal subscription from your PayPal account, or contact TypeVerse support for help finding the correct subscription.
After Cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewals. Premium access may remain available until the end of the current paid billing period, depending on the PayPal subscription status returned to TypeVerse.
For school premium, student accounts created by the school owner may lose premium access after the valid paid period ends. The school owner may also lose the ability to create, reactivate, or manage premium school seats unless the school package is active again.
Refund Requests
Refund requests for both individual and school premium are reviewed case by case. Duplicate payments, accidental payments, school package billing mistakes, or technical payment problems should be reported through the Contact Us page as soon as possible.
Non-Refundable Situations
Completed billing periods are generally not automatically refunded after premium features have been used. For school premium, active use by the owner account or any student account may be considered premium feature use. Refunds may also be refused for abuse, cheating, account misuse, excessive seat misuse, or attempts to bypass payment rules.
PayPal Processing
PayPal may have its own payment, dispute, and subscription management rules. Users should also review their PayPal account and PayPal receipts for subscription details.
